1.1 Scope of the processing of personal data
Our processing of personal data of our users is limited to those data which are necessary for the provision of a functional Internet page as well as our contents and services. The processing of personal data of our users only takes place for the purposes agreed with them or if there is another legal basis (in the sense of the DSGVO). We only collect personal data that is actually required for the performance and handling of our tasks and services or that you have voluntarily made available to us.
1.2 Your rights (rights of data subjects)
You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, limitation of processing or objection, data transmission (unless a disproportionate effort is incurred in the case of data transmission), the origin of your data, unless it has been collected from us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling. You also have the right to revoke any consent you may have given to the use of your personal data at any time. If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us is contrary to the applicable data protection regulations, you have the option of complaining to the data protection office.

2.3. Contact Form
If you fill out a contact form or send us an e-mail or other electronic message, your details will only be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry, possible further related questions, and will only be used within the scope of the enquiry. The legal basis for processing your request is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO. We will delete your e-mail address after your request has been processed.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will immediately send an e-mail containing a hyperlink to the e-mail address provided. By clicking on this link, you confirm your newsletter subscription (double opt-in procedure). If this registration confirmation is not received within 7 working days, we will delete the e-mail address from our temporary list and you will not have registered. Confirm the newsletter subscription, give your consent to the storage of your e-mail address including date of registration, IP address and the list name of the desired newsletter. We only use your e-mail address and the personal data collected at the same time, such as user name, for the administration and sending of the newsletter you have requested, at the frequency specified during registration. Our newsletters do not contain any obvious or hidden counters, third-party advertisements or links to external sites that are not directly related to the content of our newsletter. Each newsletter contains an indication of how you can unsubscribe from the newsletter.
2.5. Online Shop
For orders in our online shop you must register once and define a user name and a personal password. When you visit our website in the future, you will be able to log in with your username and password and will not have to re-enter your address and payment information each time you place an order. Your password will be stored encrypted and cannot be seen by us. When you register, you must enter your name, address, e-mail address and the details of the payment method you wish to use. In order for us to store this registration data (as your personal customer account), your express consent is required. At the appropriate point on the registration page, we will first inform you comprehensively about the purpose and scope of the data processing. You can then give your declaration of consent by activating a checkbox. Your declaration of consent is logged by us; we save the user account name, the corresponding location on the website and the date and time.
You have the option of informally withdrawing your declaration of consent at any time. The revocation must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and sent. The data of your orders are also stored in your customer account. We use the personal data collected during registration and ordering exclusively for the proper processing of your order.
The data in your customer account, such as the payment method and delivery address you have chosen, can be viewed and changed at any time. If you update information, we will keep a copy of your original details so that we can clarify any questions you may have with us. You can object to the use of the data for the aforementioned purpose at any time. In this case, a complete registration is required for each new order. The objection is to be directed to email@example.com and sent. All data that we do not have to store in the accounting department, for example, due to legal regulations, will be deleted as soon as the order has been completed. You have the option of deleting your customer account at any time as soon as no more order is open.
2.6. Social Plugins (zB Facebook, instagram etc.)
All embedded social plugins work via the 2-click procedure; this means that the recording of your surfing behavior by a plugin only starts when you activate the corresponding plugin by clicking on it at all. If you are logged in with your Facebook account at the same time as you visit our website, Facebook registers the page visit after activating the plugin (first click) and can assign this visit to your user account.
