We use cookies on our website in order to make our offer user-friendly. However, we would like to point out that deactivating cookies means that you will not be able to use all the functions of our website. The legal basis for the data processed by cookies is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

2.3. Contact Form

Each newsletter contains an indication of how you can unsubscribe from the newsletter.

2.5. Online Shop

For orders in our online shop you must register once and define a user name and a personal password. When you visit our website in the future, you will be able to log in with your username and password and will not have to re-enter your address and payment information each time you place an order. Your password will be stored encrypted and cannot be seen by us. When you register, you must enter your name, address, e-mail address and the details of the payment method you wish to use. In order for us to store this registration data (as your personal customer account), your express consent is required. You can then give your declaration of consent by activating a checkbox. Your declaration of consent is logged by us; we save the user account name, the corresponding location on the website and the date and time.

You have the option of informally withdrawing your declaration of consent at any time. The revocation must be sent to stefan@mycigarlab.com and sent. The data of your orders are also stored in your customer account. We use the personal data collected during registration and ordering exclusively for the proper processing of your order.

If you update information, we will keep a copy of your original details so that we can clarify any questions you may have with us. You can object to the use of the data for the aforementioned purpose at any time. In this case, a complete registration is required for each new order. The objection is to be directed to stefan@mycigarlab.com and sent. All data that we do not have to store in the accounting department, for example, due to legal regulations, will be deleted as soon as the order has been completed. You have the option of deleting your customer account at any time as soon as no more order is open.

2.6. Social Plugins (zB Facebook, instagram etc.)

All embedded social plugins work via the 2-click procedure; this means that the recording of your surfing behavior by a plugin only starts when you activate the corresponding plugin by clicking on it at all. If you are logged in with your Facebook account at the same time as you visit our website, Facebook registers the page visit after activating the plugin (first click) and can assign this visit to your user account.
